How to Order?

1. CHECK STOCK AVAIBILITY
SMS / E-mail me to check the stock availibility. Please include MODEL, COLOR, SIZE. You can know about yours size by checking guide in [Sizing, Cleaning, Care & Choosing Tips ] Section in my thread for each category of products, or just ask me.

2.SHIPPING RATE
SMS / E-mail me yours LOCATION to check the shipping rate, it will be cheaper if you order in bulk or combined several products together. ( Tips: You can order with yours friends ). Because all ours price is EXCLUDE shipping.

3. PAYMENT

4. DELIVERY
After payment done, SMS / E-mail me your FULL NAME, MOBILE PHONE, DELIVERY ADDRESS and ORDER DETAIL ( items, color, size ). Delivery is to be scheduled 1 working days after payment, 2 working days for outskirt area / island, this is not applies to item which labelled with delivery 5~7 business day or using normal mail.

5.RETURN & REFUND
If the products does not suit you or is below yours expectation, just send back the item and we will arrange return or refund for you at yours expenses. The 100% satisfaction guarantee policy is within 7 days start from receival of the item, the item must be UNUSED and with ALL TAGS NOT REMOVED.

Defected item at the day of receival or Wrong order caused by ours part due to carelessness, mishandling will be covered by us. Item shall be replaced or refund, delivery shall at our expenses.

6.WARRANTY
If the product have quality defect within the warranty period ( there are NO warranty if it is not explicitly stated in packaging ), you can send back the item to us for justification and warranty claim at yours expenses.
